Can You Relate?
You worked so hard to get here. You beat out your peers, won awards, and your work ethic is impeccable. Now you’re tired. You’re feeling crispy, spread too thin, and everyone depends on you to make it happen.
You get rave reviews from your boss, who is your ally and cares for you. Still, you might have days where it’s a struggle to know how to communicate your needs, make changes, and take care of yourself.
We’ve created a class with material that has a track record to help you grow in the areas that matter right now in your career.
You’ll learn how to:
>> Make your stress work for you instead of against you
>> Influence and persuade others in a healthy way
>> Care for your team without wearing yourself out
>> Set boundaries (and be more respected for it!)
>> A live monthly video class with notes to follow along
>> Peer Support with additional optional exercises
>> 4 classes – weekly every Thursday
How does it work?
>> Each class is 60 minutes: 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of open Q&A on the topic for that class
>> Kickoff: Thursday Aug 20th – Sept 10th
>> Classes are over lunch from 12:15 pm EST – 1:15 pm EST
1 seat: $397
2 seats: $697
3 seats: $997
You’ve worked too hard for this.
Don’t let burnout get the best of you.
